(UPI) — U.S. crude oil inventories increased 1.4 million barrels last week, the Energy Department said Wednesday.
At 347.1 million barrels, U.S. crude oil inventories were at the highest level last Friday since the week ending May 29, 1998, and are well above the upper end of the average range for this time of year.
