This energy road map is getting us nowhere fast

How many energy ministers does it take to change a light bulb? Sorry, that is not a joke; it’s a serious question. The Government published yet another White Paper last week on the future of the energy industry. It was supposed to answer long-standing questions about how we are going to keep the lights on without frying the planet.
