The Thai government is expected to repeat its call today for public cooperation in saving energy.
Acting Prime Minister Chitchai Wannasathit (ชิดชัย วรรณสถิตย์) said he will raise his concern over impacts from the spiraling oil prices to the Cabinet meeting today, during which measures will be worked out to encourage energy conservation by the public.
According to Police General Chitchai, public members need to render greater cooperation in energy conservation, especially in their use of water and electricity.
