Seed banks vital if we are to avoid food shortage

Sir, It is my belief that in a post peak oil world, as the food distribution network starts to collapse, people will rush to grow what food they can on every green space available

Would anyone with any expertise or interest in vegetable growing locally, seed collection and storage, or anyone with knowledge of historical food production in the Highlands please get in touch.

My aim, with your help, is to put together the first viable local seed bank in Inverness within five years and to see local seed banks in every town in the Highlands within 10 years.
