Saudi Aramco to Drill 61% More Oil Wells in 2006 vs 2005

Saudi Arabian Oil Co, or Saudi Aramco, (SOI.YY) said it will drill 61% more wells in 2006 compared with 2005, the company said on its Web site.

Aramco’s plan anticipates the company’s drilling-rig fleet more than doubling from year-end 2004 through 2006.
