Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the U.S. Steps Down

The man who served as Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the United States is stepping down. Prince Bandar bin Sultan has been one of the most influential players in Washington for more than twenty years. Bandar’s replacement will have to tackle two critical issues facing the two nations — Saudi Arabia’s role in the fight against terrorism and the high price of oil.
