Russia’s oil exports down 3.3% to 448 mln bbls in Jan-March

Russia’s crude exports declined 3.3% year-on-year in the first quarter to 61.1 million metric tons (448 million barrels), the country’s top statistics body said on Monday.

The State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said crude production in the country shrank 0.2% in the reporting period to 121 million metric tons (886 million barrels) while sales (refining) on the domestic market grew 5.8% to 59.5 million metric tons (436 million barrels).
