Russia an Energy Hazard to G8 Partners – Ex-Putin Adviser

State dominance in the oil and gas sector means Russia is an energy hazard to its Group of Eight partners rather than a guarantor of secure supplies, a one-time economic adviser to President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday.
