It would of been good had he actually spoken to the now former PM of the UK, Tony Blair about the crazy invasion of Iraq, and even perhaps the constitutionality of going into Afghanistan without a House of Commons vote in 2001.

Peak private island is really the one I am concerned about. They may not be one left outside the polar circles available for my retirement! Or would Richard accept an extra bungalow on his?

The era of cheap oil is over.
It is time to end the oil monopoly on transportation fuels.
Bring on the electric, biofuel, hybrid, CNG, LNG and hydrogen fueled vehicles.
Like someone once said…do not put all your eggs in one basket. We need choices at the pump.

Richard will be one of the first to feel the serious consequences of peak-oil:
Mass air travel is going to end after peak oil. There is no alternative fuel for jet planes. Virgin Airways will go bust. All the airlines will go bust. And take the banks down with them since airplane purchases are all financed. And this will bankrupt the world economy. Uh… So… Er… It’s not a very rosy picture.
