Report of the Week: How to Clean Coal

This weeks report of the week is about carbon capture and storage (CCS). Published by the Natural Resources Defence Council (NRDC), this is a facinating short report at a crucial time in the debate on our energy future. A couple of weeks back my report of the week was by the house of commons science and technology committe which outlined the UK’s role in promoting and profiting from CCS.
