Poland: Europe energy plans must include Ukraine

Europe can only achieve energy independence by including Ukraine in its planning, said Polish Foreign Minister Stefan Meller last Tuesday. “It is impossible to have an intelligent discussion without Ukraine, which plays a critical role,” Meller said in Ukraine on a working visit about the issue of European energy independence).
