PO Could Cause Severe Disruptions, Says Article in ‘Issues in Science and Tech.

DALLAS, March 29 /U.S. Newswire/ — The United States must act now to deal with peaking world oil production or face disruptions far greater that the 1973 oil embargo or the 1979 Iranian oil cutoff, according to an article in the spring issue of Issues in Science and Technology.
