When “polite” requests by the West asking resource-rich countries to sign away their wealth don’t work … you get CIA black-ops or, failing that, bombing/droning campaigns aimed at regime change to rid the world of all its evil dictators (except those who are still our “friends.”)That’s all these people know how to do – pillage, devastate and impoverish the world, the environment and all living species be damned!
