This journal was published in February 2007 and comments on the relocalisation work of the Boulder Valley Crisis Preparedness Group and the effect Peak Oil may have on such endeavours

The journal concludes that from the perspective of disaster risk reduction, purely focussing on Peak Oil as a means to promote relocalisation could be a disadvantage, as falling oil prices or technological breakthroughs could cause interest in relocalisation to wane.
