While I don’t disagree with his mesage it’s hardly new

The growth in energy use by China and India will soon outpace the worlds ability to supply ever more oil. At this point there is no plan to deal with it other than higher prices for oil and dreams of a new oil discovery. Economic security and national security demand that we come up with plans to reduce consumption thru increased production of electric, flex-fuel, CNG and hybrid vehicles. On the supply side we need to ramp up production of second generation biofuels made from algae, cellulose and waste.
