This is a Docudramatic scenario running out of oil would have on the public. In this day and age, I am surprised this has not been shown again. I do not own the rights to this film and is for fair use. I put a lot of car docs on my channel, but I am a petrol head who likes small fun to drive cars.

Nothing new here. Something for the sheeple, who won’t see it until it’s too late.
BTW, it was mentioned in the video, every war in the recent past was for NRG / oil, true. But, the US has been at war EVER since it’s beginning. The real take away, there are no profits in peace.

I’ll take you’r word for it Rick, skipping this one, and good call on war.

Ive seen this already. Its sort-of-ok. But that ‘giant’ field that woman is looking for turns about to be about a billion barrels or so. The movie also implies, though not directly that the US gets all of it. I always wondered whoes buttons this was supposed to push. The woman, turns out, is pregnant and gives birth or will, about the same time as they strike oil. That occurs near the end of the story. Nor does the story ever address a question it cant help but raise. The oil she does find is only going to ‘help’ the US for a few months. No mention of what happens after that is ever heard from or brought up. The movie also implies order is already beginning to break down in the US as they run low on ‘affordable’ oil, but again, no mention of how her tiny little find would reverse that once the damage has been done.
The message at the end seemed to be, Oil good, babies good, everything is fine now. Thats what got out of it. YMMV

I think it’s interesting that the gasoline prices they use to portray a devastating oil shock in 2016 are not all that far from the prices we’re paying right now.
