OPEC Optimism Over Production Cuts Jars With PetroLogistics

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries on Jan. 1 started another round of supply cutbacks, aiming to lower production by a cumulative 4.2 million barrels a day from September levels to reverse a slump in crude prices.
