OPEC official hints at stable oil policy

The world oil market is in “much, much better health and balance” now and if trends hold there will be no need for further production cuts or increases in supply when members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries meet next month, Saudi Arabia’s Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi said Sunday.
