DowJones Newswires – Seaborne oil shipments from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries are expected to rise 390,000 barrels a day in the four weeks to July 22 versus the previous month on soaring Asian demand as refineries returning from maintenance, tanker tracker Oil Movements said Thursday in its weekly report.
The U.K.-based consultancy said OPEC exports are expected to average 25.20 million b/d in the four weeks to July 22 compared with 24.81 million b/d in the four weeks to June 24.
Most of the increase in crude exports – around 310,000 b/d – is going to Asia, said Oil Movments head Roy Mason.
