Saudi Arabia announced a series of mega projects worth tens of billions of dollars, including three massive refinery modernisations worth nearly 17 billion dollars, the official SPA news agency said.
Saudi Arabia, which has earned huge windfall revenues on the back of record highs on world oil markets, set out its investment plans at a conference in the eastern oil city of Dammam, the news agency said.
