Now I think I know why Mexico Just Legalized Drugs – Peak Oil

…This makes the following make a lot more sense to me now…

“MEXICO CITY

…I’m not saying it’s necessarily directly related (as there isn’t hard evidence of this) but it sure makes a lot of sense to me that a desperate mexico A) tries to replace rapdily falling oil revenue (potential future taxes on drug sales) and B) cut spending (drug enforcement)
