In Chongjin, deprivation spurs change.” MicroHydro’s Comments: This is an excellent article by the LA Times about what happened in North Korea after their oil supply was cut off by the collapse of the Soviet Union. Warning, all the worst fears of the most pessimistic doomers were realized.
