A U.S. law firm has filed a class action complaint against several non- Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries countries and their state-owned oil companies, alleging price-fixing collusion, a partner at the firm said Tuesday.
Osen & Associate last month filed the case with the U.S. district court in Florida alleging Norway, Oman, Mexico and Angola violated U.S. antitrust laws in a conspiracy with OPEC to fix world crude market prices by cutting output through their state-owned companies in late 2001 and early 2002
