Indications are rife that Nigeria may rule the world gas market in the next four years (2010) when the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Limited must have completed train 7 of its Bonny Plant.
Managing Director and Chief Executive of NLNG, Mr. Chris Haynes said this at the just-concluded Oil and Gas Conference in Abuja while explaining the impact of the company on the global gas market.
Mr. Haynes said that the company will hit 30 million metric tonnes of gas for export annually from its current 18 million metric tonnes, making it number one or two at the global market by 2010.
