N/Delta Militants Give Fresh Ultimatum

Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) yesterday issued a fresh 96-hour ultimatum to expatriates to leave the region or face its wrath.

.. In the latest threat however, the group said it would blow up more installations, attack administrative offices, vessels and production facilities as well as take more hostages if its demands were not met by Friday.
