EnergyBulletin.net – Chris Skrebowski is the editor of the UK Petroleum Review. Most famously he tracks oil production capacity growth from large projects scheduled to come online in the near future, and compares that to known global depletion rates, to see how projected oil production will compare with growing demand, or indeed when oil looks likely to peak. That’s my simplified version, a more in depth explanation is provided below….
