Medvedev: Russia will move forward despite crisis

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev says a year into his presidency that the financial crisis has changed his plans but that Russia will continue to move forward.

The video statement was posted on his Web site Saturday, the first anniversary of the Central Elections Commission declaring him the winner of the race to replace his mentor Vladimir Putin.
