Production of sought-after, low-sulfur crude oil from Libya will climb by almost a fifth within the next four years, the country’s new head of oil policy said Friday.
Shokri Ghanem, until recently Libya’s prime minister, but now chief executive of its National Oil Co. (NOI.YY), said: “Libya has much potential in terms of discovering and producing more oil.”
