Kazakhstan’s oil and gaseous condensate production in January and February was 9.71 million metric tons, or the equivalent of around 1.18 million barrels a day, the State Statistics Agency said Monday.
It noted that this was down 3.6% from the corresponding period a year earlier.
Exports of oil, for which data are only yet available for January, fell 11% on the year to 3.32 million tons, or around 807,000 b/d.
