Hundred thousands of people yesterday marched through the streets of Kano in continuation of protests against the recent increase in the prices of petroleum products by the Federal Government.
The protesters led by Mr. Adam Oshiomole, president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) commenced at the secretariat of the state chapter of the union and with protesters who walked almost 9 kilometers before rounding up at the state’s government house.
