Iraqi Official: Oil Crisis is Attributed to not Paying Turkey’s and Kuwait’s Due

In a statement to reporters, Dr. Mohamed Al Aboudi, general manger of the Iraqi oil derivatives distribution company, disclosed the reasons for the aggravation of the gasoline crisis, once again.

He added that the reasons are not relating to distribution, but are attributed to the fact that Iraq’s State Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) is delayed in paying off the due amounts for the Turkish and Kuwaiti parties.
