Indonesia fails to oil the pumps

Indonesia, the fourth-most populous country in the world, has been a net oil importer since 2004. After years of exploitation, crude oil output has steadily declined to current production levels of around 1 million barrels per day (bpd) and the country is currently unable to meet its OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries) output quota of 1.425 million bpd
