IEA: without Iraqi oil, we’ll be in deep trouble by 2015

Fatih Birol, chief economist of the International Energy Agency is reported in French newspaper Le Monde saying unless Iraq oil output rises exponentially we have a very big problem, he discusses non-OPEC peak, warns of demand growth from China and urges radical and extremely tough policies to curb oil demand growth and data transparency from OPEC.
