Hungarian oil supply could stop by Monday night

BUDAPEST (MarketWatch) — Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Nyrt. said Monday that unless Belarus restarts shipments of Russian oil, the Ukraine transit reserves are expected to dry up by late afternoon Monday and oil shipments to Hungary will stop by late evening Monday.

MOL said oil supplies to Hungary through the Druzhba pipeline have decreased.

DENVER, Colorado (AP) — President Bush signed emergency declarations allowing federal aid to help Colorado, Nebraska and Kansas recover from back-to-back blizzards that shut down highways and knocked out power to tens of thousands of homes.

Thirteen Colorado counties — including the cities of Denver, Boulder and Pueblo — were included in the declaration issued Sunday for the December 18-22 blizzard. A second declaration was issued for Otero County in southeastern Colorado for the December 28-31 storm, Federal Emergency Management Agency spokesman Jerry DeFelice said.
