Horizon oilsands project on time and on budget, Canadian Natural Resources says

Canadian Natural Resources Ltd.’s Horizon oilsands project in Northern Alberta is being developed on time and on budget, the big Calgary energy company said Tuesday.

In its latest regular quarterly update on the Horizon project, Canadian Natural said the company continued detailed engineering and infrastructure development at the oilsands operation and increased its project management team to 475 people in the three months ended June 30.
