Consumers are beginning to pay more at the pump because flooding at a southeast Kansas refinery has reduced fuel supplies.
Prices spiked ten cents a gallon overnight at some stations.
Industry experts say by the end of the week, prices could reach three dollars, 25 cents to three dollars, 50 cents a gallon in the Midwest and Great Lakes.
Over the next ten days, consumers could see the highest prices of the year.
