Greenpeace says rich countries export climate change

Environmental group Greenpeace accused industrialised countries of exporting climate change to developing countries, and urged governments to spend more on renewable fuel sources.

In a report on the Asian power sector, Greenpeace accused countries including Australia and the United States of ignoring their own emissions problems by selling coal to developing countries.
