Govt unfolds plan for N8.9 trillion oil, gas projects

NIGERIA yesterday at the ongoing 18th World Petroleum Congress (WPC) unfolded plans to spend over $67.1billion, about N8.911trillion on project development in the oil and gas sector between now and 2008.
