Governor revs up renewable-energy goals

Gov. Ted Kulongoski said Friday that he wants state agencies to rely on renewable-energy sources for all their electrical needs by 2010, when he hopes to complete a second term. The current goals for agencies are 25 percent of total electrical consumption from renewable sources by 2010, and 100 percent by 2025.
