Governor Kulongoski wants Oregon to become a center for fuel-cell production

Governor Kulongoski is floating a new proposal to allow businesses that invest in alternative energy sources and energy efficiency to get increased tax credits.

It would also allow companies to claim a tax credit for 50 percent of the project cost, up from 35 percent under current law.
