Giant Scottish wind farm from the air

Planning for Europe’s largest onshore wind farm began a decade ago – now the final phase of the project on Eaglesham Moor, Scotland, is finally complete.

Located near Glasgow, the Whitelee Wind Farm has 140 turbines and the potential to generate enough electricity to power the city.
