Gazprom to begin geological survey of the Sakhalin shelf

Russian natural gas giant Gazprom will begin a geological survey of the Sakhalin shelf (Russia’s Far East) in the near future, a company spokesman said Tuesday.

Nikitin also said that Gazprom’s drilling plan was 520,000 meters by 2030.
