A survey has revealed that the looming gas ‘crisis’ threatening to engulf British industry will put enormous strain on small to medium-sized manufacturers, according to a leading business pressure group.

The Forum of Private Business (FPB) has issued a warning to Government to ‘get a grip’ on the crisis as it released findings of a survey of more than 1000 small to medium-sized firms in the manufacturing sector.
