Fuel worries prompt a 1970s flashback

Thirty years later, with energy prices soaring again, American consumers are getting a reminder of what life was like during the 1970s. For the first time, the average price of regular gas crept up to $4 a gallon over the weekend, just in time for the peak summer travel season.
