Firm stands by plan for pipeline to area

A Canadian pipeline company is continuing to explore construction of a 1,870-mile pipeline to carry crude oil from the oil sands of Alberta to the Metro East area.

Kadatz said TransCanada is proceeding as planned on the Keystone Pipeline Project.
