Exxon adds to oil and gas reserves

Exxon Mobil Corp. on Thursday said in 2006 its proved reserves grew by 1.95 billion oil-equivalent barrels, or 22 percent more than it produced during the year.

Its total proved reserves are now 22.7 billion barrels of oil equivalent, or enough to last more than 14 years based on current production rates.
