EU experts to mull Adriatic pipeline as alternative to Russian gas

 European Union gas experts meeting in Brussels have agreed to consider the construction of a pipeline from the Adriatic Sea towards central Europe to reduce dependence on Russian gas, Hungarian Economy Minister Janos Koka said.

‘The idea of an alternative gas transportation system is already being discussed at the European Union level,’ Koka told MTI national news agency.
