Conocco in Venezuela concession

Another major U.S. oil company has decided to cede control of its operations in Venezuela to the country’s state-run oil agency.

ConocoPhillips has yet to come to full terms with Venezuela regarding the compensation it will receive for turning over majority control of its oil and gas operations to PDVSA.
