Commodity Strategists: Oil May Rise to $70 Next Year

Oil prices in New York may rise as high as $70 a barrel next year, near the record, because of inadequate refining capacity in the U.S., said Idemitsu Kosan Co., Japan’s second-biggest petroleum refiner.
