China continued to ramp up its crude oil processing rate and produced more refined products in July, a sign that demand from the world’s second largest oil consumer is still growing at a healthy, steady pace.
Last month, China processed 24.62 million metric tons of crude oil, or 5.82 million barrels a day, 7.2% more than a year ago, data published by the National Bureau of Statistics showed.
